Message of the Day: Faith at Work

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1 (NKJV)

In chapter 10, the author of the book of Hebrews emphasized that people must persevere in faith if they want to savor the blessings of the things hoped for.

He now supports this emphasis with examples from the Old Testament. If people have faith, it means they believe that whatever they hoped for will come to pass and that unseen powers of God are true. People with faith are able to look beyond what they see.

It means that you should believe things completely even if you do not have enough evidence to support that belief.
