Message of the Day: Perfect Peace Comes Through Complete Trust in God.

You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.” (Isaiah 26:3, NKJV)

Here, the Hebrew word for peace os shalom, that is, undisturbed, perfect peace. The mind that trusts God shall not be disturbed by persecutions, poverty, sickness, want, or bereavement.

The context of the verse was about the inhabitants of Judah who suffered imprisonment and had been stripped of their property and dignity. Yet their faith in God had not been shaken. They still trusted God and believed that he will deliver them from their enemies. Thus, their mind was, kept in perfect peace.

In the same way, if we will continue trusting God and lean on him we will never be shaken.
