Message of the Day: A Radical Change of Mind that Transforms One’s Outlook in Life
“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” (Romans 12:2, NKJV)
For the last 11 Chapters of the book of Romans, Paul insisted that believers’ standing before God depends solely on the mercy of Christ, not on their good works. Now in chapter 12, he further insists that that mercy, is the only way by which believers receive powerful and irresistible urge to do good works and transform their whole outlook in life.

This whole new outlook in life means a change of mind. This is necessary for Christians so that they will be able to see things from a different point of view, that is, God’s point of view. As they learn to think in a more Godly way, they will know God’s will better and their actions will be more pleasing to him.
Furthermore, this transformation is an inward one (change of mind). There must be a radical change in the inner man, and when everyday undergo such change, they will be able to live rightly.
