Message of the Day: Keeping Our Thoughts, Words, and Actions Pleasing to God.

Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my strength and my redeemer.” (Psalm 19:14, NKJV)

Psalm 19 speaks of the wonder and glory of creation, and the perfection and power of God’s Word. The God of nature is made known to humanity through His written Word (v.v. 1-12). The chapter closes with one of the best prayers in the whole Bible (v.v. 13-14).

While God’s Word does it work of revealing the glory of God, making us more sensitive to sin and giving us increased desire to cleanse our lives and live righteously, may we keep our thoughts, words, and actions pleasing to God.
