Message of the Day: Suffering is A Cause for Joy, Not Sorrow.
“But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear.” (1 Peter 3:15, NKJV)

Persecution or any form of suffering cannot really harm those who are eager to please God, because with such people suffering always result in greater spiritual blessing.
Those who love what is right may suffer persecution from those who love what is wrong, but to suffer for such a reason is a cause for joy, not sorrow. If we are dedicated to Christ and are always ready to give others an explanation for our devotion, we will not fear our persecutors (1 Peter 3:15).
