Message of the Day: God is Our Shepherd In This Trying Time!

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.” (Psalm 23: 1-3, NKJV)

Psalm 23 is one of the best-loved chapters in the Old Testament. David may have composed this psalm while he was yet a shepherd boy, watching his father’s flocks on the very same field where, 1000 years later, the angel choir announced the birth of Jesus.

God’s relationship with us is like that of a shepherd. He provides what is best for us, refreshes us continually, and guides them in the way that he knows is right.

These are exactly what we need now! Praise the Lord our Shepherd!
