Message of the Day: Pass On the Truth of the Resurrection of Jesus
“Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you—unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures,” (1 Corinthians 15:1-4, NKJV).
There were some in Israel who denied that there will be a physical resurrection. The resurrection is a fact, a significant part of the Gospel which the Christians believed and by which they are saved. The Gospel Paul preaches has been given by God to him. It is based on the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. (1 Corinthians 15:1-4)
There is a practice in Israel called “traditioning”: Jewish teachers would pass on their teachings to their students, who would in turn pass them on their students, who would in turn pass them on to their own students. We can do the same, we do not have to be reachers, all we need to do is to spread the truth of the resurrection by teaching it our children so they can also teach it to their children..
