Message of the Day: Praise For God’s Wisdom and Mercy!
“Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out!” (Romans 11:33, NKJV)
Paul closes this section with a doxology, or praise to God (11:33-36). He praises God’s wisdom in designing history in such a way that salvation would be available to all the people of the world. God is the source and director of human history, everything – even evil choices of sinful human beings – would in the end glorify him and the rightness of his wisdom.

Jews and non-Jews have both been disobedient to God, however, just as the Jews were the means of God’s mercy for the Gentiles, so the Gentiles became the means of his mercy to the Jews. Since all have sinned, God can have mercy on all.
We praise God for his wisdom and mercy, he made his salvation available to everybody. In his sovereign choice, he made this design possible. Thank you Lord! We give praise to you!
