Message of the Day: We are Pilgrims on Earth
“For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.” (Philippians 3:20 NKJV)
Chapter 3 of the book of Philippians is one of the fullest statements of Paul’s own, personal hope of heaven, where our citizenship is (v. 20).

Christians are interested in things of spiritual and heavenly value. We will be careful how we live, knowing that the body we have now is the body in which we will meet Christ. When that time comes, Christ will change our bodies to be like his.
We are strangers, pilgrims on earth; our homeland is heaven. Our walk is here; our hearts are there. Our normal attitude as Christians is to wait eagerly for the second coming of Christ!
