Message of the Day: Safely Abiding in the Presence of God.
“He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.” (Psalm 91:1, NKJV)

Psalm 91 os one of the best-loved psalms. It appears to have been used in temple worship in a time of danger. It is magnificent! It contains amazing promises of security to those who trust God. One can feel the author’s nearness to God as he abides or lodge secure from assaults.
To “dwell” is to “sit down” and to “abide” is to “stop” (usually over night), to remain all night, and by implication it means “to stay permanently.” Thus this passage is a statement of the security and protection enjoyed by those who trust in God and live their lives constantly in God’s presence.
Let us safely abide in the presence of God day and night!
