Message of the Day: Righteousness and Wisdom Has Personal and National Benefits.

Righteousness exalts a nation,
But sin is a reproach to any people
.” (Proverbs 14:34, NKJV)

He who has a short temper will do foolish things. He who is slow to anger is a person of great understanding. Fear of God is a fountain of life. Tranquility of heart gives life to the body. He who oppresses the poor shows contempt for their Maker. No one can live without depending on others; even a king cannot exist without his people. Bad temper affects our health as well as our personality, but oppressing the poor affects our relation with God.

Righteousness and wisdom bring benefits in whatever sphere they are practised, whether in private life or in the political affairs of the nation.
