Message of the Day: We Shine Like Lights In A Dark, Wicked and Distorted World!
“Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world…” (Philippians 2:14-15, NKJV)

In view of Christ’s example, we must remove all trace of pride and quarreling, and show in our lives the nature of the salvation that God has given us. We must obey God’s will as Christ did, and we will be able to do this because God works within us. (Phil. 2:12-13)
Being discontented with God’s will is an expression of unbelief that prevents us from doing what pleases God. We should do all things in a quiet, peaceful, inoffensive manner. Let there be no brawls, strifes, or contentions.
We will then be like lights shining in a dark, wicked and distorted world. We will be people of blameless conduct who take God’s message to a spiritually and morally corrupt world. In this way we will fulfill God’s purpose for us.

Agree but it’s hard to see evil triumph and harm people. Intellectually I can agree with God, but grieve like Jeremiah did.
