Message of the Day: May God Endow Us with Grace to do His Will and to Keep His Commandments
“Now may the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.” (Hebrews 13:20-21, NKJV)
The word “peace” here to reconciliation with God; to a quiet conscience; to the forgiveness of sin; to health and prosperity. It is through the death and resurrection of Christ that we experience such peace. It is through the tender care of our great Shepherd that true happiness is bestowed on us.
God who has established the new covenant through Christ’s sacrificial death, will help us to enjoy the blessings of that covenant. Let us believe that God would fully endow us with whatever grace is necessary to do his will and to keep his commandments.
